Thank you for shopping with Quoted Faith! We appreciate your support and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how our products are produced, shipped, and delivered. Because we operate using a print-on-demand model, all items are created especially for you once an order is placed.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful.
Once your order is placed, Printful begins printing, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment.
Processing Time:

Standard fulfillment time is typically 2–7 business days depending on the product type.

Some seasonal or high-volume periods may result in slightly longer production times.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after the order has been fulfilled.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local postal service conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
Quoted Faith does not control Printful’s shipping rates, but we ensure transparent pricing directly in your cart before purchase.
Additional duties or customs fees (when shipping internationally) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, when available. Some international shipments may not include tracking depending on the destination and carrier.

Multiple Shipments
Because Printful fulfills products from different facilities depending on product type and destination, items in your order may ship separately.
If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—remaining items are on the way!
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
If the package is still not found, contact us at qtees711@gmail.com. We will help open an investigation with the carrier and work with Printful determine next steps.
Quoted Faith is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure all address information is accurate before submitting your order.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned to Printful due to an undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship the order.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin fulfillment quickly, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it is submitted.
